Solutions Specialist - Cloud NC2/EUC

In this role you act as a primary technical authority to modernize enterprise desktop solutions across hybrid multi-cloud environments. You will lead pre-sales architecture, technical discovery, and POC validations, aligning cloud infrastructure with end-user experience. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape scalable, secure, and cost-optimized desktop ecosystems. Your work directly influences enterprise cloud and desktop modernization initiatives and customer outcomes.

• Serve as the principal technical deal architect for pre-sales activities and enterprise desktop modernization
• Lead technical discovery, POC validations, and feasibility assessments for prospects
• Deliver product demonstrations and Architect-level workshops for enterprise accounts
• Collaborate across Nutanix domains (NAI, NKP, External Storage) to deliver full-stack solutions
• Identify portfolio expansion opportunities within installed accounts and influence product roadmap with PM/Engineering
• Design zero-downtime migration paths for enterprise desktop workloads
• Establish automated disaster recovery strategies and cloud bursting approaches
• Implement enterprise profile management using FSLogix and Nutanix storage solutions
• Develop IaC templates for NC2 provisioning and image management
• Validate performance with NVIDIA vGPU/RTX vWS to ensure global user experience
• Design scalable, high-availability cloud desktop architectures (AVD, hybrid pools)
• Plan cross-cloud network, routing, and identity frameworks connecting host pools to back-end apps
• Coordinate with Microsoft Azure and AWS teams to align deployments with agreements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales technical role in enterprise software, cloud, or infrastructure
• Hands-on architectural experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) in hybrid or cloud models
• Expertise in Microsoft FSLogix, Entra ID, and zero-trust security architecture
• Strong knowledge of cloud-enabled infrastructure using Nutanix NC2, NUS, AOS, AHV, Prism Central
• Experience in defining enterprise cloud and desktop modernization strategies
• Proven ability to lead architectural design workshops and successful POCs
• Ability to articulate TCO, licensing savings, and risk reduction to senior IT leadership
• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience (plus relevant certifications)
• Travel up to 25% across the EMEA region
